Please read and follow the following terms when there is a need to return the product during the cooperation process:
 
A- After-sales service acceptance conditions
1. Customers who need to return or exchange due to the wrong quantity of the actual receipt, model inconsistency, and product quality problems may apply for return and exchange within two weeks after receiving the goods.
2. Return and exchange products, please be sure to keep the original original packaging (including outer packaging, inner filling) and ensure that the goods are in good condition. The cargo label is the only evidence that Sentuo and the supplier coordinate the return and exchange. If it is lost, it will not be returned. .
3. If the application for return is due to product quality problems, the customer shall provide a detailed English version of the performance test report as the basis for negotiations between the company and the supplier. If necessary, a third-party English test report approved by both parties is required.
4. The invoiced order must be returned to the invoice after the return of the application.
 
B- After-sales service is not accepted
1. The original packaging and cargo label of the product are damaged.
2. Products that have been used/tested on the machine.
3. Mistakes made by the customer's own reasons.
